Volunteer Hours via 1365 · Certificate of Service
MediAccess is an organization certified by 1365, Korea's national volunteer portal.
When you take part in our activities, your volunteer hours are officially credited and you can obtain a certificate of service.
Eligible Activities
Volunteer hours are credited for every MediAccess volunteer activity — domestic medical volunteering, overseas outreach, office and event support, and content creation.
How to Get Your Certificate
Once your hours are registered after the activity, you can directly download or print your certificate from the 1365 Volunteer Portal. Hours are credited through 1365 only — not through VMS, the social welfare volunteer system.
For Youth Volunteers
Minors may take part in domestic activities, and their hours are credited. They may join overseas outreach when accompanied by a guardian, but no certificate of service is issued for it.
